The State Government is allowed to relax the usual deadline for loud speakers and noise from the usual 10pm upto 12 midnight on certain days. After 12 midnight no loud speakers are permitted. As per the High Court guidelines, 15 days in the year have to be designated by the State Government in advance for the purpose of this relaxation.
This article does a comparison and tabulates the various dates permitted for the relaxation as notified by the various District Collectors.
