Schedule Z Properties of the BMC in Mumbai

Schedule “Z” of The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 1884 is governed by Section 354X of the Act which states that:
354X. The State Government shall pay to the Corporation from the date on which the City of Bombay Municipal (Amendment) Act, 1933, comes into operation and until the nineth day of November 1997 all rents and profits derived by the State Government from the lands specified or referred to in Schedule Z.
