Section 66. Computer related offences.
If any person, [tooltip type=”link” link=”#” tooltip=”as defined in the Indian Penal Code, 1866″ style=”top” ]dishonestly or fraudulently[/tooltip], does any act referred to in section 43, he shall be punishable with
- imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or
- with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees or
- with both.
